Chrysler Financial and Gontina Build and Design have partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, Mich., to construct the Habitat's first affordable "green" home in southeast Michigan. The new home will be LEED certified and will consume up to 50 percent less energy than other homes of a similar size.
