In addition to Lugar's Practical Energy and Climate Plan, EPA announced that stand-alone data centers and buildings that house large data centers now can earn the Energy Star label, DOE launched its Highly Insulating R-5 Windows and Low-e Storm Windows Volume Purchase Program, and AIA unveiled a tool that generates a report on predicted energy use and project modeling.
