Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) and Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), and S. 963, the Reducing Federal Energy Dollars bill, introduced by Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.).
MARYLAND ADOPTS INTERNATIONAL GREEN CONSTUCTION CODE
